The product being given away today is a really nice Asics running T-shirt. It features 100% recycled polyester material, super light-weight and breathable. My favorite part about this tee is the discrete pocket on the side for your key, iPod, gym pass....etc.

I have to pick just one?? Right now, I love that running has brought many wonderful people into my life!! I love my "running friends" as I call them. If it weren't for them, I know I wouldn't make through my low points as easily. I struggle mostly with burnout .. aka laziness! This marathon training stuff is serious business .. and when I feel like blowing off a run, all I have to do is make some pleas for help and they're out there with me!!
ReplyDeleteWhat I love most about running is how strong it makes me feel. I also love that I can clear my mind and just enjoy the moment! The thing I struggle with most is trying to do too much running!
ReplyDeleteAll my favorite run shirts are Asics. I love their shirts: comfy, no chafing, and the pocket comes in handy.
What I love most about running...I'll try to keep it short :) I love the way it makes me feel powerful, that I can overcome anything. I love the rush I get at the end of a work out or race, as if I could do the whole thing over again and not get tired. I love that running is such an amazing stress reliever and helps me to clear my head. I can run off almost any frustration. I love feeling healthier and stronger.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest struggle is just getting out there. Sometimes I procrastinate til it's too late, or I whine about having to run. But once I'm out there, it's wonderful. It's just getting me out the door!
I love that running challenges me. I try to add an extra minute or two to my evening runs and I try not to worry about the distance. I also live tha running makes me feel healthy and empowered.
ReplyDeleteMy biggest struggle is the mental aspect - which is the biggest aspect of running. I have a hard time knowing that the pain isn't as bad as I make it out to be.
What I love about running? It's the only exercise that helps me drop the lbs fast. I just had my 3rd baby (ok, not "just") and I'm running again to get back where I was on the powerful level.
ReplyDeleteWhy does running make me feel powerful? I don't know, but I'll take it.
I love running because it helps me organize my thoughts (I decided to marry dave while I was almost done with a 2.5 hour run haha) MY biggest struggle is that hurts so bad when I push myself hard (and not the good pain).
ReplyDeleteThanks for reminding me about this. I'm tending Shaeley's kids all week so my brain is a little frazzled. The thing I love most about running is that I can actually do it now! I went from not being able to run down the street, to being able to run my entire neighborhood without stopping. I love the way a sprint makes me feel like I'm the coolest person in the world :) I struggle a lot with pain, whether it's cramps or my knee hurting. Hopefully as I get stronger some of that will pass. Hope I win!
ReplyDeleteI love that running keeps me sane. It keeps my OCD in line and helps me relax. The endorphins also don't suck either! Running is mental game and I like challenging my physical and mental body every time I run.
ReplyDeleteoops I forgot to put my biggest struggle. Running during the day.. the heat kills me, and just getting over mental blocks!
ReplyDeleteRunning. Running is something that helps me get through the ups and downs of life. It lets me have control over different aspects of my life all at once; physical, emotional, and especially mental. It is an outlet as well as form of exercise, it is who I am considering I "ran out of the womb." I've been running since forever. I am attached to running in ways people are attached to their children haha. I love it. Running is hard, no doubt about it, something I struggle with is motivating and pushing myself when the going gets tough. In the end though, it's ALWAYS worth it. Unless you run till you injure yourself like I have before, that's just stupid haha. You know how to contact me :)
